Directions

BY Public Taxi : After passing through Immigration, follow the signs to metered taxis at level 1 near gates 4 and 7. If you are approached by anyone offering to be a taxi service, we suggest you decline and continue to the metered taxi area. There you will find an attendant who will tell your taxi driver where to take you. The trip from the airport costs approximately THB 400-500 depending on traffic. Remember there is a THB 50 surcharge for travel from the airport and to have cash ready if your driver is planning to use the tollway. The total time is about 45 minutes if the traffic is not so bad. During rush hours, it takes more than an hour.

BY Airport Rail Link : Follow the signs to the Airport Rail Link and buy a ticket on the city line to PhayaThai Station (terminal station). At this station you can transfer to the BTS Skytrain, where you need to purchase the appropriate fare to bring you to the National Stadium Station. Don't forget to change trains at the Siam Station and board the train going toward National Stadium. When you reach National Stadium follow the signs to exit 1. Go down the steps and turn to walk the opposite direction. Walk for 100 meters until you see the white building with Lub d logo on the top corner on the right hand side. The total travel time is about an hour and the total cost about THB 70.

Reservation must be guaranteed at full total amount of accommodation charge by a major credit card at the time of booking.

Standard cancellations
You may cancel a pending reservation request (not yet confirmed by a hotel) at any time without penalty. Once your reservation is confirmed, however, you must cancel through the hotel website at least 3 days before your arrival date to avoid being charged a late cancellation or no show fee. Exceptions may be made for reservations booked on the arrival date.

Late cancellations and no show
Late cancellations and no show hurt our hotel guests, so we strongly encourage you to cancel your reservation to give the hotel as much notice as possible if you can't keep your reservation. If you cancel with less than 3 days prior to the arrival date, a flat late cancellation fee of full amount night accommodation (100%) may be charged to your card on file.

If you do not arrive for your reservation and do not cancel in advance, we consider that a "no show" and a no show fee of 100% accommodation may be charged to your card on file. To maintain a high level of service for all reservation, accounts with multiple late cancellations and no show may be suspended.
