Directions

The hostel is located in the city center, near downtown, in the Principe Real neighborhood.
To reach the city center you should take the metro until Baixa/Chiado or take a train to Cais do Sodre or Santa Apolónia. Once you reach dpwntown, go to Luis de Camões square an go up the main street. The hostel faces the Principe Real viewing point.

Policies

If a reservation is cancelled until 5 days prior to arrival, the guest doens't have any costs.
If cancelled less than 5 days prior to arrival, a penalty of 50% of the reservation will be charged.
A no-show will result in a penalty of 100% of the reservation value.

Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

Please note that the dormitories cannot accommodate children under 16 years old.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note that breakfast is served daily from 8.00 to 11.00.
