tubotel is a chilled out hostel where travelers meet. we are a 10 minute walk from the famous pantai chenang beach. Our location is beautiful and more private as on the main beach, right place to chill and recover from the stress of travel or work.

We have been awarded several times as Malaysias most unique hotel, as well as from the British gauardian Newspaper we have been named the most unique place to spend a night in 2013, titled a drainpe pipe by the sea.

Budget hotel but they have perfect sunset view in Pulau Langkawi. Hotel iust near airport about 15mins driving. If you travel in this summer alone, you should try this hotel.

Directions

If you come from the airport it is a short 5 to 10 min taxi ride that will cost you apx RM 20, If you come from the Jetti you will have a 35 to 40 min taxiride that will cost you apx RM 40.

You can also rent a car at the airport or Jetty from Apx RM 60 upwards depending on the season.
If you come from the jetty follow the signs to Pantai Chenang.

Once you are at tubotel you can get a bicycle or scooter for rent too.
We offer only Island hopping trips, if you wan tto take part it is RM 30.

Policies

All bookings are final and non refundable. Bookings after 24 hours of booking will be charged and no refund will be given.

We do not feel tubotel is a place for children below 14. therefore please only adults. we do not want large groups as this might destroy the relaxed and chilled vibe we have.
