In the heart of Kuala Lumpur, just steps away from the lively Bukit Bintang neighborhood, lies the charming Hotel Paloma Inn. Paloma (Spanish for Dove, a symbol of Peace) is aptly chosen for this serene vintage guesthouse. Nestling in the hustle and bustle of the busy town of Kuala Lumpur, its ambience will nonetheless provide a peaceful surrounding for its guests. The original characteristics of the premise have been retained to maintain the authenticity of this charming hotel.
Our hotel features rooms of different sizes and arrangement to cater to the needs of multitude guests from all over the world. Families, couples, a group of friends or even single traveler can enjoy the comfort and privacy of a lengthy stay without having to worry about bursting the budget. Our different room types are cozy and compact private standard rooms for two or three people, Japanese Tatami rooms with a raised bed and dorms with six beds for budget travelers.
Hotel Paloma Inn has a vintage guesthouse look with its dark wooden floors and the garden at the front of the hotel, which is also used as a breakfast room & lounge for travelers to relax, read or chat with other travelers and meet new people. Breakfast is prepared fresh every day and served from 7:30 till 10:00 in the morning. In not too large portions, because throwing away food is not what we want. However, we always ask if guests want more. They can get a second portion free of charge if they like to.

How to get to Hotel Paloma Inn from the Airport or TBS Bus Terminal? From the Airport take the KLIA airport express train directly to KL central station which only takes 30 mins. From the TBS Bus terminal take the transit train to KL central station. From KL central station take the monorail to Hang Tuah station. Exit the station on the same side as you arrived. After the bottom of the stairs take the first left (up the hill). Over the hill at the T-junction, turn right and then take the first left. Stay on the small road until you see our hotel sign on the right.
If you are a big group or have lots of luggage, we recommend taking a taxi. Though it takes longer to arrive (depending on time of the day & traffic), it might be cheaper & a more convenient arrival.
We can arrange a private transfer for our guests; the price may vary from regular taxi prices. Our reception is open 24hrs for your convenient arrival.

Any promotional or discounted rates will be charged fully at the time of booking to individuals specified credit card. If hotel is unable to charge the credit card, reservation will be released automatically. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. For any cancellation, modification or no-show, no refunds for this special rate.
For any other rates, the reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card and the general cancellation policy of 3 days prior to arrival will apply. Any cancellations or amendments received after will be charged with a penalty of 1 night.
Rates are quoted in Malaysian ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of 10% service charge and 6% GST (Goods and Services tax).

Early Arrival / Early Departure
To guarantee your room for an early arrival, kindly pre-book the room for the previous night (as an early arrival request shall only be subject to availability). On the other hand, in the event of an early departure, full-stay charges shall still apply.
For credit card payments on property, please be informed that we will impose a 3.7% processing fee for all payments via credit card. If you do not wish to be charge this fee, please be reminded to bring sufficient cash upon your arrival.
Upon arrival, we require a MYR 50 deposit for our room key cards which is refundable if key card is returned upon departure.
