Ms.Davaadulam (Davka) founder and managing director, and a former tour guide. She started her involvement in tourism since 2008 as an English speaking guide. After the guiding and traveling around Mongolia for 5 years, she started her own guesthouse and tour agency which has been operating many tours successfully until now. She takes responsibility of tour planning, logistic and cooperating with both local partners and abroad.
We are very pleased with and proud of our guides and drivers, who have been working in this field for reasonably long years and dedicated them for this special service. They are the core of our company. As a team of experienced guides we are honored to be your knowledgeable guides and true friends to assist in fulfilling your will and wish to enable your own Mongolian experience. Property Directions
To get to our guesthouse the guest should either take a taxi or walk, its about 0.2 kms distance. In case of advanced booking free pick up provided at the train station.
From Train station to Mongolian Vision tours in case of walking, follow the main road to the Seoul Street, once you reach the Seoul street go down to Eznis Airways building and turn to left and you can see five storey white building with number 33, and if you walk to next end you can see our sign.It's 6th entrance, second floor.The entrance code is 679.
If the guest arrives on a plane in case of transfer service booking we will also meet them at the airport. The transfer service 22USD. The guest can also catch a cab or take bus number 11 which goes to city center. The guest shall get off the bus at the Central Library bus station and cross the road and will see Bayangol Hotel and Skytel office building.The guest shall walk to the north east direction and will see our sign and apartment.

Policies

Cancellation & Refund Policy
In general, the cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to the date of arrival will be refunded 100%.
Cancellations made within one (1) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge and no refund.
If the room you are booking is labeled as non refundable, non cancellable or similar, all cancellations will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested.
Cancellation policies may vary seasonally or depending on the guest house or room type.
There are no refunds for early check outs and “no shows”. If the number of guests on your reservation is reduced once the reservation is paid it is up to the hotel to determine applicable refunds or penalties.

Complete name of the traveler
Confirmation code (which you received via email)

If you prefer, email your cancellation request to info@mongolianvisiontours.com with the above mentioned information and the reason for the cancellation. You may also make a cancellation by modifying the order via the link in the email.

Your request will be processed and if it complies with the cancellation policies for the reserved service we will refund the corresponding amount to your credit card or bank account.
