Policies

Any cancellation received within 7days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 50%. Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy). In case you fail to arrive without cancelling your reservation, the hotel is entitled to charge equal to the first night’s stay including taxes and possible additional services per room to your credit card.
