At the Phoenix hostel we have endeavored to provide you with a laid back, friendly, fun, clean, and safe place to stay during your trip to London.

PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY ACCEPT GUESTS BETWEEN THE AGE OF 18-40.
£5 key refundable key deposit required upon checkin - cash.
Debit/Credit/Amex accepted (3% extra).

UK/ROI Driving Licence
EU/EEA Identity Card
International Passport
In addition we need:
Proof of onward travel from London
If you do not have these forms of ID, and wish to stay here, please contact us.

There's a Bar & Lounge area downstairs, where guests receive a discount at the bar.

There's a microwave and fridge for guests to use.

Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. Deposits paid are non refundable.

People are very kind, beds are what you can expect and we did sleep very well, bathroom is clean but very small. So in the end a very cost efficient and still adorable place!

This place was quite tricky to find from the nearest station. The room was tiny, 3 bunk beds in a very small room. No privacy curtains, or bedside plug sockets. Uncomfortable beds. Rude staff in the...

The stay was very good I enjoyed the phoenix hostel, the staff are so friendly and the room are clean as well also it's in a great location. Shout out to Vinny and Lukas he's been a god send

Directions

The London Tube is the best way to travel to the Phoenix. It operates between the hours of 05:00 and 24:00. Alternatively if you are traveling at night, buses run 24/7.

Direction from Kings Cross St Pancras (Eurostar):
Take the tube, Circle line (East Bound) to Edgware Road Station*

Directions from Heathrow Airport:
Take the London Tube Picadilly line to Hammersmith and then change to the Circle line to Edgware Road Station.*

Directions from Luton, Stansted & Gatwick Aiports:
Take a coach from Victoria Station and then take London Tube circle line to Edgware Road Station.*

*Directions From Edgware Road Station:
Walk up Chapel Street and turn right on Edgware Road walk aprox 2 mins and then turn right onto Bell St. The Phoenix is located on Daventry Street which is the 3rd street on the right. (The journey should take no longer than 5 mins)

Policies

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

Cancellations must be received by email.

We only accept guests between the ages 18-40

Government issued Id is required by every guests to check in.
