Policies

For flexible reservations:
Free Cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
Past this deadline, the amount of the first night will be charged and not be refunded.
The rest of the stay will have to be paid upon arrival at the hostel.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Non-refundable reservations will be charged in advance with no modifications or cancellations allowed.

Tourist tax not included: 0.72 EUR per person / night

The hostel reserves the right to preauthorize the credit card prior to arrival.
If by doing this procedure the card is denied, the hostel will contact you by email requesting a new card. If there is no reply to the email within the specified period, the reservation will be cancelled.

A credit card will be requested upon check-in as a guarantee for the stay.

Group Policy:
The property reserves the right to require an advance payment for reservations that add more than 8 beds or which total amount exceeds € 400.
