I you´re interested in being outdoors, breathing the fresh air, and rugged landscapes, lodging at San Andres Ultd is for you, This natural enviroment is located at the Island South End tip, houses the diversity of the native Caribbean ecosystem, in this natural enviroment our guests, hikers, adventurers and photographers will find themselves in a paradise of wild orchids, iguanas, the blue lizards and the tropical birds specially the chincherry (Vireus Caribeus) unique in the world, surrounded by flowers and fruit trees, history of the colonial plantations. Our Guests can continue exploring this corner of the island and end the day at the Natural Swiming Pool on clear crystal waters viewing the sunsets just a few steps from our Guest House.

Policies

If reservations are cancelled or modified 16 days before arrival, no fee will be charge.

If cancelled of modified later or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charge.

Reservations canceled a Penalty policy will have a total value of Voucher in the following terms:

STATUS PERCENTAGE
15 DAYS BEFORE BOOKING 30%
14 TO 5 DAYS BEFORE BOOKING 50%
FOR 96 HOURS BEFORE AND NO SHOW 100%

* If there is balance in favor of the customer, these values ​​will be returned to thirty (30) calendar days, in the account where indicated in the request for cancellation.
* Modified reserves have a policy Penalty total value of the Voucher as follows:
* In any case, the minimum penalty for modification may be less than twenty thousand pesos Colombian Pesos (COP $ 20,000, oo) to cover administrative and financial costs.
* If there is a difference in seasonal rates make the change of date, the customer must pay the difference
* Under no circumstances will lead to money back, if there is a credit balance, you can exchange it for any other service for a term of one year from the date of the modification. Any changes or cancellation will be subject to administrative fees according to the policy specified in these conditions.


Childrens are only allowed at our Guest Appartment and the Family Studio. They do not be allowed on the double bedrooms, and the bungalow is only for 2 persons on a doublebed accomodations those accomodations has No space for extra beds.
Minimun stay of 2 nights on all the accomodations.
No smoking building.
Pets are not allowed.
