This property has a 72 hours cancellation policy.
Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay, unless otherwise stated below (see 'Things to note' information).

Terms and conditions for Carnival, New Years and Special Events: 100% prepayment is compulsory. The remaining balance will be due immediately after the online booking is made. You will be required to inform you credit card information within some hours after booking online and will have 48 hours to complete the payment. Failure to pay the remaining balance in due time will result in cancellation. Your booking is non-refundable.
