Customer Reviews
I had a very interesting tour with Waheed. He really knew what he was talking about and gave me a lot of good facts. Highly recommend :)
We are experienced travellers with lots of free walking tours done and this is not what we expected. The tour did not contain everything that is listed in the advert and the lady told us that she was not covering it because "it was too hot". The tour included a visit to the bazaar, with almost none of explanations or useful tips to bargain or about prices, a few stops at underground stations and Uzbekistan hotel. All this could have been done by ourselves with information from the Internet. She was not engaging and with almost no interesting stories or anecdotes that usually make these kinds of tours apealling. The positive thing is that her English is very good.
Even if we specifically reconfirmed the free walking tour the evening before (6 August) and the positive reply that it’s on and be there on time - guide never showed up and even worse guide never warned us that he won’t come or even an apology afterwards
Sorry to advise, the tiur guide didn't show-up. It realy an ashame snd wsste of time. My wife and I waited at the Amir Temur Monument from 16:40. Very disappointing behaviour.
We had a very nice walk through the city and saw the subway, the market, with great explanations, recommendable!
