SCAM! Guide never showed up

Sorry to say - don’t waste your time booking anything here. The guide/driver never came. I wrote the provider again and again and also wrote the platform more times and no reply from anyone. Don’t waste your time on this platform. My 2 kids on 7 & 10 yrs old were super sad that they didn’t get to swim in the Aral Sea and also waiting for hours in Nukus is just not fun. If I could I would give FreeTour and the guide zero stars. We haven’t even heard back regarding a refund of the 144 euro we already paid beforehand. Very Disappointing! Scam.

We needed a guide.

The Aral Sea area is worth seeing. The drive out there is long but beautiful. The company serves good food and had fun yurts to stay in. The company would like to be paid in cash and we were unaware of this. It is hard for most tourists to get over 6 million from an ATM. We had a good driver but he was not a guide. We were not assigned a guide so we had to hunt for information about what was happening and fumble around to make things happen. Floating in the Aral Sea was fun.
