Very in depth about both current and past ukranian history. Good tour, I can highly recommend it.
Can definitely recommend this tour, does not feel artificial or superficial; a lot of history facts paired with links to how life currently is
It was an interesting and constructive visit to the past and present.
Guide never turned up. I took a taxi from my hotel to the meeting point, which the tour was meant to start at 11am. Was there for 10:45! He texted me at 11:10am to say sorry the tour isn’t happening! Totally acceptable, should have been given enough notice. Hence why I am leaving this negative review. Wasted my time as I had limited time in Ukraine.
As someone local, Lyudmyla was a very good, friendly and informative guide through this guided walk. Although it was not my first time in Kyiv and I knew something about the city, I have (of course) learned many new facts and insights, and in a very pleasant atmosphere.
