I booked a hot air balloon tour for three people (me and my parents) for the 9th of November. However, the provider informed me that the date was fully booked. They offered two options: cancel the booking or reschedule for the 10th of November. Since I came to Cappadocia specifically for this experience and didn’t want to leave without riding the balloon, I agreed to reschedule and I’m glad I did. The provider stayed in touch the whole time, which I really appreciated. On the day of the tour, everything went smoothly. Our pilot was very nice, made funny jokes, and created a relaxed atmosphere during the flight. The views were incredible, and it truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime moment. At the end of the tour, we received certificates, and we were also able to buy photos for an additional fee.
