Today was great and long though . Started 8.30am got to hotel 9.45pm . In my opinion you could cut it by 1 1/2 hours , get rid of the dune buggy section , out of our bus group to couples did it the rest of us just sat around for an hour . Also why use the ferry just use highway. Our guide was fantastic
The tour is supper interesting from historical side, also you will be amazed with the nature of Bursa. Be ready for gorgeous views, tasty fruits and delicious food. The tour will take 10-12 hours. Mr Ramazan driver and Mr Yakub guide very professionals, Mr Yakub gave full and clear information about the tour with all details as soon as we met, on the way to Bursa he was giving some interesting facts about Istabul, Bursa and Turkey its self. The way to Uludag is long but trust me it worth it. On the way we had several stops in chinara (the 610 years old tree), there also we found a lot fresh fruits and berries right from the gardens around (try peach and strawberry), after we went to turkish delights factory unfortunately on the moment we arrived we could see the process of making the delights, but walked around the factory, my favorite stop was in jam shop - its small shop family business that is passed on from generation to generation, the range of jams and olives there huge. Our lunch was in the cafe surrounded trees you feel like you are in the forest, for lunch we had chicken and beef cutlet on grill, bulgur, salad and drink, they have vegetarian menu too. And finally Uludag so beautiful so green!!! After we also visited Green mosque, silk market and old house of Otoman empire. What I also wanna admit is that tour very well organized, in each stop we got full information about the place and process, on the way Mr Yakub was giving historical information, interesting facts of the region. Thank you!
Great tour!
