Jozani Forest is a protected natural forest located on Zanzibar Island and forms part of the Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park. It is the largest remaining indigenous forest in the area and is well known for its rich biodiversity.

The forest is home to the rare and endangered Zanzibar red colobus monkey, a species found only in Zanzibar, along with other animals such as blue monkeys, bush babies, and many bird species.

Jozani Forest contains a variety of habitats, including tropical forest, mangrove swamps, and salt marshes, which support diverse plant and animal life. Wooden walkways allow visitors to explore the mangrove areas while protecting the environment.

The forest also plays an important role in conservation and is a popular tourist destination for nature walks and wildlife viewing.
