We booked a guided tour in Spanish with our two children, who are in their twenties, on scooters. You can tell that the people of Ljubljana are very used to getting around by bike or scooter. My kids kept up with no trouble at all, while I, like a true grandma, was stumbling along and always came in last. Even so, it wasn’t a problem at all: our guide always waited for us before starting each explanation. As a local, she shared lots of interesting facts about the daily lives of the residents, showed us the most iconic sights, and also took us to spots a bit further from the center that we probably wouldn’t have visited on our own. Plus, at the end of the tour, she gave us excellent recommendations on what to see for the rest of the day and where to eat. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ljubljana.
