Tour Overview

This is a self-guided exploration game played through the shadowed corners of Bucharest. You will walk through nine of Bucharest's most haunted addresses, each with a documented dark history while following the story of a granddaughter retracing her grandfather's cassette he hid from the secret police. At each location, you will solve a real-world puzzle by searching for clues around on statues, monuments or facades, and receive the instructions for the next chapter. The game focuses around Dark, mixing real historical facts with local legends. Perfect for mystery lovers, history buffs and urban explorers.

Starting from Colegiul Național, the stops are spaced on average 400m apart, with each location taking around 5-10 min to complete. The route passes through local landmarks & attractions such as Biserica „Sfântul Anton - Curtea Veche”, "Curtea Veche" - Palatul Voievodal and Biserica Ortodoxă „Icoanei”.
