Tour Overview

This is a self-guided exploration game crafted by a passionate local storyteller and played through the old town streets of Coimbra. You will explore 14 different locations while following the story of a military captain in 1974 investigating a secret network of resistance fighters. At each location, you'll solve a real-world puzzle by searching for clues on monuments, graffiti, and facades. The route stays in the old town, blending historical facts with local tales of secret meetings and hidden messages. Perfect for history buffs, military enthusiasts and urban explorers.

Starting from Sé Velha de Coimbra, the stops are spaced an average of around 250m apart, with each location taking around 5 min to complete. The route also passes through Capela de São Miguel, Igreja de Santa Cruz and Igreja de São Bartolomeu. At each location, you'll solve a challenge and receive instructions for the next chapter.
