Tour Overview

This is a self-guided exploration game crafted by a passionate local storyteller and played through the shadowed alleys of Belfast. You will explore 11 different locations while following the story of a lost imaginary friend searching for a trapped spirit bound to the city's past. At each location, you'll solve a real-world puzzle by searching for clues on monuments, graffiti, and facades. The route hugs the city center, blending real history with rumors only longtime residents know. Perfect for mystery lovers, history enthusiasts and urban explorers.

Starting from the city center, the stops are spaced an average of around 300m apart, with each location taking around 8 min to complete. The route also passes through The Merchant Hotel, Crumlin Road Gaol and Carnegie Oldpark. At each location, you'll solve a challenge and receive instructions for the next chapter.
