Tour Overview

This is a self-guided exploration game played through the shadowed alleys of Mérida. You will explore 12 different locations while following the story of a ghostly figure trapped by a forgotten promise. Your task will be to help the it rest by finding the words he left behind in a hidden message. At each location, you will solve a real-world puzzle by searching for clues around on statues, monuments or facades, and receive the instructions for the next chapter. The game focuses around the Centro area, mixing real historical facts with local legends. Perfect for mystery lovers, history buffs and urban explorers.

Starting from Monumento a La Patria, the stops are spaced on average 300m apart, with each location taking around 5-10 min to complete. The route passes through local landmarks & attractions such as Catedral de San Ildefonso, Palacio de la Música and Iglesia y Rectoría El Jesús de la Tercera Orden.
