Booking this Northern Lights tour also gives you a free ticket to visit the Aurora Museum in Reykjavik, Grandagarður 2, 101 Reykjavík. The free entrance is only valid on the day you join the tour, from the time we announce whether the tour is ON (by email and on our website).
The entrance fees to the Aurora Reykjavik exhibition are complementary meaning that if you do not wish to go to the museum, there is no partial refund.
In the rare case that the lights are not seen, you are welcome to join the tour free of charge and give it another try!

The tiur was cancelled... and the money gone away... NO refunds yet!
We were told that if we did not see that night we could go for free another day, the next day they did not come to pick us up and we were waiting for an hour, after warning us they told us that if we wanted to repeat they would give us a 50% discount, which was only for those who caught a bad cold, it does not seem right to me, you pay more and less opportunities.
