Experience the authentic flavors of Guatemala with a local guide! On this 1.5-hour lunch experience, I will guide you through a vibrant local market in Guatemala City. Together, we’ll explore food stalls, taste traditional dishes, and I’ll share stories, history, and tips about our rich culinary culture.

Your lunch is included and features a delicious traditional Guatemalan meal. Some of the dishes you might try include:

- Pepián, a rich, spiced stew made with chicken or beef.
- Hilachas, tender shredded beef in a tomato-based sauce.
- Kak’ik, a traditional turkey soup with Mayan origins.
- Jocon, chicken simmered in a green sauce of tomatillos and cilantro.
- Chiles Rellenos, stuffed peppers filled with meat and vegetables.

To complete your meal, a refreshing fresco (a local fruit drink) is also included.
