Good service!

Their organization and response time are incredible, and the information the guide provided was good; however, I felt like she was rushing us, and she repeatedly told us we wouldn’t see much because almost everything was destroyed—which, obviously, wasn’t true; but unlike her fellow guides, she didn’t bring any visual aids to accompany her explanation, and she gave us very little time to look at what we could see—because otherwise, she’d keep talking even if no one was there; those were her exact words.

Everything was very good in general. The guide Jaime gave clear and concise explanations and answered all questions. Overall I recommend this tour as it gives you a clearer picture of what happened and what we don't always know

interesting tour, regular guide

Historian guide with clear knowledge of the subject but lack of communication and group management skills. Clear lack of foresight on the part of the guide: not enough time to see the museum, not enough time to go to the bathroom, we almost missed the bus ..... For us it was a lack of empathy and listening during the whole tour.

Good tour - Obsessive-psychorigid guide

Everything worked out well. We met in Berlin near the Brandenburg Gate and went by train and then by bus to the concentration camp. The guide knew a lot and explained very well, she was Argentinean: Lucila; but she was distracted when talking if she heard noises outside the group, she complained about everything, criticized everything and made the experience a little uncomfortable. The place was impressive and everything went well.

Exactly good tour. The guide was excellent, my congratulations to Rodrigo. He really exceeded my expectations, which were already high.
