Customer Reviews
It has been very complete and even with free time to eat and finish seeing the city. Michaa thank you
Highly recommended. Ringo, our guide, made us spend a great day with lots of information. He showed us every corner and told us the history. We had a great time, it was very entertaining, we learned a lot and enjoyed the day.
A historian as a guide - it doesn't get any better than that. The tour started at the Grand Place in Brussels, where we were given a comprehensive explanation of the background to the construction and significance of the buildings and Belgian history (800 years of foreign rule). During the train ride to Antwerp, the guide entertained us with anecdotes about the most important things in Belgian life - beer and chocolate as well as relationships - thanks to receiver devices and headphones. A Belgian passenger on the train said to the tour guide: "Thank you very much. I learned a lot of new things about my own country!" The highlight of the tour was undoubtedly the visit to Antwerp with its jewelers, the visible traces of the city's great son Rubens, the importance of the port and trade for the city and the guide's explanations about the different religions. The chocolate factory was also not to be missed. The visit ended with a short flying visit to the cathedral. At the end, there was time to explore the various stops in more depth on your own. Thank you for this great day! Birgit
