Tour Overview
Combining travel by car and on foot, we’ll explore three important areas of our city: North, Downtown, and South.
Downtown: We’ll discover the history of the city that had no founder. We’ll visit our country’s most important monument—the Monument to the Flag—and learn about its history and symbolism. We’ll continue through Independence Park: its lake, roses, and monuments. The Newell’s Old Boys Club. The story of Che Guevara.
South: We’ll head to the neighborhood where soccer’s greatest player was born: Lionel Messi. We’ll walk past murals and through the neighborhood streets. His little school and the club where his goals were born. The house where he grew up. We’ll visit a dedicated exhibit at the Sports Museum.
North: To conclude, we’ll follow the river toward the bridge. We’ll stroll past the Rosario Central Club. Beach resorts and islands.
