All we could really do was chop some vegetables and then take turns stirring the pan. People were very friendly, though. Keep in mind that it's outdoors, so it's not a good choice if the weather is really bad.
It is a very lovely, funny, caring and real authentic family. We had a lot of fun and delicious Raki, Wine, Food and Coffee. Perfect organized and we felt more than welcome! Faleminderit!
we enjoyed cooking three different albanian meals on nina’s terrasse with a beautiful view! it tasted really good and we’ll be cooking it at home for sure again! we liked the size of the group, therefore everybody could cook and try it out by themselves! we would’ve liked it a little bit better if there would have been drinks (water) during the hole experience, especially during a hot day and in the end a little sheet with the recipes (if you don’t remember it you have to write everything down during the class). nevertheless we really enjoyed it, mama nina was so kind and fun and teached us a lot!
was a bit disappointing. we were allowed to cut peppers, eggplant, onions and garlic. And then take turns stirring in the pan for a few minutes without knowing which herbs are used and how to bake. The rest of the time you sat at the table waiting, without explanation of what other students were doing. As a result, no idea how we can make the recipe ourselves. we also did not get a printed recipe.
