Directions

MRT (~ 50 min) -

From Changi Airport, board the MRT train (Green/East West line) towards Tanah Merah Station.
Alight at Tanah Merah Station (2 stops later, ~8 min) and switch to the train towards the City/Joo Koon (East West line).
Alight at Bugis station (8 stops later, ~20 min) and switch over to the Blue/Downtown line and board the train towards Chinatown.
Alight at Chinatown MRT station. (5 stops later, ~12 min).
Head towards exit A.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:
* You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before check in date and time.
(48 hours is calculated from the default check in time of 2:00pm).

* Deposits paid are not refundable.

* Cancellations received after 48 hours are considered late cancellation. The total of the first nights’ accommodation will be charged to your credit card. (48 hours is calculated from the default check in time of 2:00pm)

* No Show is similar to late cancellation.

* Guests who do NOT meet the age and guest restriction policy will be turned away and treated as cancellation. Please ensure that you and your group are able to comply to our policy.

* Modifications/Changes: If you wish to make changes to arrival dates or shorten the durationof stay, please inform the hostel at least 48 hours before the check in date (48 hours is calculated from the default check in time of 2:00pm) to avoid cancellation charges.

1. Check-in time is from 14:00 (GMT +8, local time). Early check-in is subject to availability of beds and cannot be guaranteed.
* As we do not currently operate a 24-hour reception. please advise us in advance if your check-in time will be after 23:00 local time. This will enable us to make the necessary arrangements to extend a warm welcome to you at the hostel. No extra charge involved.
2. Check-out time is 12:00 (GMT +8, local time).
3. Cash payment only upon arrival.
4. Cancellation policy: 2 days (i.e. 48 hours) from the check-in time of 14:00.
5. Age restriction: We apologize that we do not accept guests under the age of 14.
