We're located right in the heart of Kuta with bars, cafes, spas, and shops all around, plus the famous 'Halfway' surf break is at the beach closest to us, just a short walk though Kuta. Our guests can use the large Swimming pool at our partner property Buddha Guest Villas 200 meters away, and our on-site pool is almost finished.

We're close to all the action like the famous Sky Garden, Vip, and Poppies Lane 2, yet still safe and secluded in our large garden courtyard.
Our rooms are modern and we'll decorated, and all include:
Flat-screen TV with Free Satellite Channels, Good WiFIi Hot Water Shower, and AC. and Free CLEAN Drinking water.

All Guests Receive :
Free Breakfast with 3 Different Choices (Omelet, Scrambled Eggs, Fried Eggs, Oatmeal Porridge with mixed fruit, Famous Indonesian fried noodles) plus we have a wide selection of other breakfast choices and a full menu.

Directions

From Legian street at Jalan Patih Jelantik, go until yiu see Starbucks on the left side. Turn left onto gg Mangga, just before Starbucks. Go ahead until you reach the end of the road at Jalan Mataram. That is our street. Turn right there on Jalan Mataram. Go ahead 200 meters until you see Karma Cafe on the left side. Turn left there. That is our driveway. Our reception is in the back. Please call 628970901113 if you need any assistance.

1 night charged for no-show bookings or if cancelled within 3 days of arrival.
All guests are expected to arrive at the date they book for. If key is lost we charged 100,000 rupiah for replacement. Thank you :)
