Come and stay with us on the beautiful Isle of Skye!
Our friendly and relaxed hostel has a variety of rooms to suit all budgets and is located in the lovely traditional fishing village of Kyleakin.
We have a sociable lounge room with a real open fire, games, guitars, a book swap and big comfy sofas to relax on.
Our self catering kitchen and dining area has nice views out to our large garden, free WiFi and as many free hot drinks as you would like.
Our hostel is full of character and is colourfully decorated throughout.
Our large backyard garden is the perfect place for a BBQ and there are lots of great walks that start and finish from our doorstep.
Our staff are super friendly and know the Island like the back of their hands so feel free to ask them any questions you have about exploring the amazing sites that Skye has to offer. Whether you are coming to Skye to relax , sight see or participate in adventure sports, our staff will help you plan the ultimate adventure.

Directions
By Bus: Take a CityLink bus to Kyleakin, tickets are cheapest if purchased ahead of time online. As the bus drives into the village, keep an eye out to your right and you will see us half way along the village green. Once the bus turns around and drops you at the stop, you're only a short walk from taking off that heavy pack!
By Train: The train line from Inverness stops at Kyle of Lochalsh. From the station walk up the hill, turn left over the train tracks, and left again just after the Woollen Mill shop. Citylink buses run approximately 3 times a day and will take you over the Skye Bridge to Kyleakin. From there, follow the bus directions :-)
If it is a nice day, you can walk over the bridge into the village, it takes about 45 minutes.
By Car: To get to Skye, you will come in on the A87 and pass through Kyle of Lochalsh before reaching the Skye Bridge. As you come over the bridge (admiring the views no doubt!), the small village you can see to the left is your destination. As you come off the bridge, turn left at the roundabout. Follow this road all the way down along the shorefront until the houses on the right drop back and you see a big grassy area - the village green! We are half way along the green, so take the next right (as if turning into Saucy Mary's) and right again to get to us. We have parking available onsite and if you're late to arrive, there's a free carpark just along the shorefront.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to arrival will receive a 90% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival are non-refundable.
(Please note that in order to receive a 90% refund; you must cancel prior to 12.00 noon the day before your booking is due to commence).
Group Bookings:
To make a booking for a group of 6 guests or more, please contact us.
Group Cancellation Policy:
If a booking is cancelled 21 days or more before it is due to commence, we will refund 90%
If a booking is cancelled 14-20 days before it is due to commence, we will refund 50%
If a booking is cancelled 7-13 days before it is due to commence, we will refund 25%
If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days before it is due to commence, we will refund 0%

Please Note:
Please bring suitable photographic identification – you will need it to check-in to our hostel.
If any guest within your booking is under the age of 18 you MUST contact us before making the reservation online.
Check In/Out Procedures:
Check in is from 14.30, but early arrivals are welcome to store their luggage and use the hostel facilities and common areas. Please feel free to help yourself to complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
If you think you may arrive later than 22:00, please call us so that we may inform our night porter of your late arrival. We are open for check-in up until 00.00.
Check out is by 10.30am on the day of your departure – please vacate the room and return the keys by this time. You are more than welcome to store your bags in our luggage storage area throughout the day, free of charge.
Accommodation:
We have a range of different rooms within our hostel that include private and dormitory style rooms. Children are welcome in our hostel and we have several private rooms and a family room that sleeps 4. If your family group is larger than 4, please note the following policy.
