Policies
This property has a 2 day cancellation policy.
Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay, unless otherwise stated below (see 'Things to Note' information).
Full payment must be done during check-in.
Check-out must be done by 12:00. After that will be charged late check-out fair, as half of a daily price worth, and you belongings might be removed from the room.
Extensions must be payed before check-out, otherwise your belongings must be removed from the lockers.
Cancelations must be made 48h before arrival.
Keep the hostel clean and organized. Leave the room floor and the common area empty for cleaning.
Changing bed only after informing the reception. Beds without tag might have ther belongings removed.
Keep the kitchen clen and organized. Wash everything after cooking. Food without label will be thrown away.
The beds, toilets and showers are meant to be used individually e exclusive for guests.
Forbidden to wash clothes on the hostel. We can show dry cleaning services nearby.
Keep a friendly enviroment on the hostel. In case of any problem between guests, Rio Soul Hostel have the right to cast out the involved.
